Our new approach at promoting REALTOR® value and demonstrating consumer choice.
Launching in Spring 2010, our latest television commercial in the national advertising
campaign continues to build on the message of REALTOR® value while also introducing the
notion of consumer choice. This new commercial, entitled “Balance”, emphasizes the value
of a REALTOR® by actually listing some of the services REALTORS® can provide. Further,
the commercial demonstrates that consumers can choose which services fit their needs. Click here to view:

The County of Lambton, of which Sarnia is the principal city,
is bounded on the North and West by the crystal blue waters of Lake Huron and
the St. Clair River. Hence, the name, "Bluewater Country".
It is a community
with a total county population of approximately 130,000. The primary industry is
petrochemical, with production and distribution on a worldwide scale and the
second industry, agriculture, which flourishes in Lambton's loamy soils. |
Sarnia-Lambton boasts a number of parks and nature preserves, including the
Pinery Provincial Park on Lake Huron, Canatara and Centennial Parks on Lake
Huron and the St. Clair River respectively and both being within the Sarnia city
limits. In addition, there are a large number of inland and waterfront parks
under the administrations of the St. Clair Parkway Authority and the Ausable-Bayfield
Conservation Authority.
Connected by air, rail and autoroute to London and Toronto in Canada, and
Detroit and all other U.S. destinations, Sarnia is a strategic place to locate

The climate is one of Canada's most temperate, being almost at Canada's
southernmost tip. The area offers excellent educational opportunities at the
primary school, secondary school, career school and community college levels.
Sarnia is just one hour away from colleges and universities in London, Windsor
and Detroit.
