Salesperson, SubDistrict, Assessment, Improvements, Taxes and Year, Lot Size, Property Size, Directions, How Seen, Possession, Legal Description, Age of house, # Bedrooms, # Baths, Style, Type, Title, Outdoor, Exterior, Found, Heating, Services, Water, Garage, Drive, Flooring, Sewer, Features, Room Sizes.

All other areas must be on a change of terms form with a seller signature.
